A happy healthy Hoo-Ha. Its true. Our vag requires a lil maintenance too. Lets start your pelvic health journey this April.

What do you actually know about your pelvic floor? Why are things changing “down
there” as you age? Is there anything you can do about it?

This session is for anyone with a pelvis. Whether you have been pregnant, had a baby,
participate(d) in high intensity sports, are (contemplating starting) resistance training or
just want to ensure you keep your hoo-ha healthy as you age, this session is for you!

Our pelvic floors are often a part of the body we know very little about.
- Is it “normal” to get up several times a night to pee?
- Do you have pressure in your pelvis when you cough, sneeze, run, laugh,
squat or lift weights?
- Do you have chronic low back pain that hasn’t improved with traditional
therapies?
- Have you tried Kegels with no improvement?
- Does being constipated impact the long-term health of your pelvic floor?
- Has vaginal dryness impacted your sex life?
…Let’s talk about it!

Throughout the evening, we will debunk myths, learn how to tune in and “awaken” our
pelvic muscles exercises (fully clothed), hear some tips on how to have stronger orgasms, and figure out what you can do right now to improve the health and happiness of your hoo-ha’s.

“May your life and pelvic floor be balanced.”
Whether you are currently experiencing symptoms or are looking for ways to ensure
your pelvic floor keeps up with you as you age, this class offers a safe space to explore,
learn and become empowered.

About your camp speaker - Lindsay Bristow

Lyndsey Bristow is an occupational therapist with 20+ years of experience. Using a
wholistic approach, Lyndsey uses education, movement, increasing introspective
awareness and hands-on techniques to empower women to be confident, competent
and comfortable in their bodies. She wants women to make connections on how activities, habits, movements, alignment, breathing, beliefs, thoughts and life stressors impact pelvic health. When Lyndsey is not passionately talking about hoo-ha’s,
she can be found teaching occupational therapy students at the university, volunteering
supporting young adults with intellectual disabilities gain employment skills at Lil E
Coffee Cafe, spending time outside with her family or Ubering her three children to
activities.
