Always wanted to try Pilates but didn't know where to start? Let's jump in and learn intro to Pilates and master the basics from some of the best Pilates instructors in Calgary at Moveology. CHH events are always supportive and body positive!
Low impact, big results, all fitness levels. Full-body strengthening and lengthening with a focus on creating a strong core and improved posture. This is the perfect exercise to balance all of the sitting we do. Back pain be gone!
NOTE - Please wear grip socks.
