1. Registration & Admission

  • Attendees must behave respectfully toward staff, speakers, vendors, and fellow participants.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event without refund.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
  • Transfers to another attendee may be permitted with prior written approval.

4. Photography & Media

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.
  • If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify the organizer in writing before the event.

5. Liability

  • The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
  • Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

6. COVID-19 & Health Protocols

  • Attendees must comply with all health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the event.
  • The organizer reserves the right to modify protocols based on public health recommendations.

7. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event management and communication purposes.
  • Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Force Majeure

  • The organizer shall not be liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
