FAQ

When does the trip have to be paid for?

A $500 deposit is due now and the balance is due 30 days before departure which is August 29th. The deposit is refundable until August 1st 2023 - after that it can be transferred to another camper.

Where are we camping?

Our Winobago destination is the Naramata Bench, which is a fourteen kilometre winding country road that overlooks beautiful Okanagan Lake and is filled with charming wineries, cideries, breweries and distilleries. It is this unique and breathtaking landscape that gave the region its beloved name "The Naramata Bench."

What are we eating?

We have designed the trip to include some campfire meals, a paired dinner at a winery, a pub night as well as plenty of snacks in between. If you have food allergies, let us know ahead of time and we can make sure we accommodate them!

How many in an RV?

We are hoping to have 24 campers and have priced the trip based on 4 campers per RV. If you have a group of less than 3 campers, we would add a 4th camper to your unit or there would be an additional charge for a smaller group.

What time are we leaving?

We would leave Wednesday and stop for lunch in Revelstoke. We would return home on Sunday and stop for lunch on the way back as well.

What should I pack?

We’ll send a packing list later this summer, but you would need to bring clothing, toiletries, lawn chairs, a cooler and any other personal items you need for travel. You’ll want to make sure you have a good sleeping bag, and perhaps a pair of ear plugs too.

What wineries are we visiting?

Naramata has the perfect mix of wineries including some small boutique ones that many of us have never been to. We will also be hitting some of the larger wineries in Penticton and a few in Kelowna as well. A full itinerary will be shared in August.
